Visit our Availability page, find a home you like, and click Apply. Each intended occupant over 18 must complete their own application. The whole process takes about 10–15 minutes online.
Typically we ask for proof of income, a photo ID, and references. Specific requirements may vary by property — we’ll let you know exactly what’s needed once you apply.
We review applications quickly — most approvals come through within 1–3 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Through our online Resident Portal. You can pay anytime from any device — no checks or in-person visits needed.
Submit a request online 24/7 through the Resident Portal. Our on-site maintenance team responds fast — because a comfortable home isn’t optional.
Pet policies vary by community. Check the specific property listing for pet details, or contact us directly and we’ll find a community that works for your family.
We’ll reach out before your lease expires to discuss renewal options. Most of our residents choose to stay — which we think says everything.
